Hello. Was unable to post comment straight at the podcast page so do it here. What wondered me the most, was that this manager said "Everything is working and you aren't doing it right". As for me, it is the worst thing developer can say to his customer. And again, it was very strange to hear such things from Indian because I thought one of the areas where Indian developers beat all other freelancers(and especially guys from exUSSR) is communication(polite treatment, good language skills and so on). Of course, this is really bad situation, but I think you should be warned at once by such a small price. I mean if it was individual contractor it could be okay, but I'd became suspicious at the very same moment when the manager appeared. Anyway, thank you very much for this podcast. It is useful both for people who hire and are hired.
